Why Columbus Artfest...Click here for more information about the 2015 Plein Air Paintout.
Columbus Indiana ArtFest Inc. is a 501(c)3 Not For Profit community organization for the arts and artists in South Central Indiana. ArtFest is about building a stronger arts community in Columbus, by ensuring access to the arts, encouraging a community passion for the arts, and successfully supporting, partnering and collaborating with others committed to the arts.
This will be our sixth year on Washington Street. It promises to again be a great year. With the growth in ArtFest over the first five years we have decided to move ArtFest to September to take advantage of the cooler weather. This year's two day festival will be Saturdy September 12th and Sunday September 13th. We hope to expand the art fair from 90 to 120 booths which will incorporate the addition of 4th Street between Lafayette and Jackson Streets. It promises to be one of the finest art fairs in Columbus. This year's fair will feature
artwork from local, regional and national artists.
It will be held September 12th and 13th on Washington St. in beautiful downtown Columbus, Indiana. This fine art fair is organized to provide shoppers in Columbus and South
Central Indiana with an opportunity to shop a local art fair.
